If you’re a young person in this situation, or you know of someone who is, please do get in touch with us. Although we can’t help everyone we will do what we can for as many as possible. Letting us know that you’re in need of help is the first step on the journey to getting the help you need to move you on to living a happier, healthier and more successful life.
